@RBI I have been trying to reset my acc password since last week, but the Otp is not received yet? @RBI should take severe action on @ESAFBank, Is this how the bank treats the ordinary citizens?
@ESAFBank On 9th May, I raised an FD with your bank, and on 11th May, I received an SR number via email from your side.
I even contacted customer care, but they informed me that they are only a third-party support service and not directly associated with your bank’s customer care
I asked your customer care ,they didn’t responding proper way, even the Otp not receiving on mail for last 7 days ,
And I have one doubt it’s a basic thing .
OTP needed for every transaction or reset password.
Kindly take look @RBI they are doing irresponsible
