I usually never have any issues with Vadilal ice cream but this outlet(southbopal, Ahmedabad) has really poor hygiene and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We found three strands of hair in one scoop of ice cream which is just terrible If anyone from management is reading this I strongly recommend you do a hygiene check and maintain it.

@DeepKalraMMT @MakeMyTrip I need urgent help with a refund that has been pending for almost 2 weeks.

I accidentally booked my flight in the wrong direction (Ahmedabad → Patna instead of Patna → Ahmedabad). @IndiGo6E confirmed that the refund could be processed after I made a fresh booking for the correct flight, which I did.

IndiGo has already processed the full refund and confirmed that the amount was transferred to the intermediary, MakeMyTrip. However, I have still not received the refund.

I have already contacted MakeMyTrip and even emailed the Grievance Officer, but there has been no resolution or proper update.

Please look into this urgently and arrange the refund. I can provide all booking/refund details via DM.
