Horrible experience with @airindia, they changed the aircraft AI2684, now assigned non reclining seats and no space to store your baggage. The crew is apologetic and helpless. Guess the flight ops screwed up.

@zeptocares Yes, I spoke with your team member. Issue is resolved. Please ensure that Customer care is accessible (human being available for a call or chat rather than a dumb bot) and customers have an option to modify or cancel the order immediately after placing an order.

Disappointing experience with @ZeptoNow I added a 5 items to the basket and while checking out 4 items had disappeared. I didn't notice till I made the payment. There was no option to cancel or modify the order at all - immediately or afterwards.. No response from @zeptocares

@letsblinkit you delivered an order that had food items along with the rat poison which had its packaging torn open. No safety norms or was this deliberate? Don't you think that the rat poison package should have been delivered intact packed separately.
