are the builders paying more under the table? clearly that seems to be the case.

The footpaths have been illegally broken, littered and occupied by these 2 construction sites right opposite each other.
- Fire hydrant blocked
- Electricity box damaged
- Illegal parking by dozens of trucks everyday.
- Illegal roofs above the construction sites
- Damaged road
