@bigbasket_com I ordered 10 min delivery Order ID: 187739395 at 12 January morning 9 am its currently 11 PM still the order is not delivered. If you are not able to deliver just don't write a 10 min delivery.

@bigbasket_com The team will get in touch where ?. I already reached in afternoon on your help for order section in big basket and one of the executive said it will reach soon. The order is not yet delivered mire than 12 hours. (I am specifically not naming the executive here)
