South Carolina’s two rail-served inland ports provide quick access to inland markets, ensuring goods efficiently flow to and from the Port of Charleston.

South Carolina Ports is enhancing its rail capabilities with the development of the Navy Base Intermodal Facility. @CSX and @nscorp will both serve the near-dock intermodal yard, creating a direct connection between Charleston and inland ports in Greer and Dillon, as well as to markets in the Southeast and Midwest.
