@svembu Only thing I hear from policy makers is AI will create new jobs but I don't understand what those jobs are going to be and what guidance I can give to youngsters.
Policy makers are evaluating AI with historical lens which may not be that useful.
I have seen both fairly closely and manufacturing is super hard. Prototyping is not manufacturing. Manufacturing essentially needs to have volume and scale, else it is more of assembling.
Also I see lot of people advocating people to move to manufacturing which is good and India needs it but whoever jumps should be well aware of what they are jumping into.
Anyone jumping from services with no previous exposure should do good ground research.
@bhaskarmv@sanjeevsanyal I see many instances 2 siblings only in kids born after 2000 and in last 10 years even 1 is becoming prevalent
Late marriages are also getting more common atleast amongst educated
@sanjeevsanyal@bhaskarmv In the remotest village also if there is a private school available, parents are sending their kids if they can somehow afford to private school. In villages also where housing might not be a problem, still the kids count has gone down per family.
