Hi team,
I took a star health policy last year (ported from NIC)..My parents are also beneficiaries in the same policy. My father was recently hospitalized in Balaji Action Cancer Hospital and your team is trying to push my claim to reimbursement rather than cashless

Now they are telling me to sign an undertaking and visit your office in Delhi and leave my father alone in the hospital.
I already had to pay a big amount to the hospital to continue the treatment.
This is harassment and I really request the kind authorities to look into this.

Their reasons for rejecting the claim keep changing every hour. First, they said one of the documents was tampered with. I resubmitted the doc with the changes.
Then they told me to ask the doctor to sign an undertaking that the disease was recently diagnosed.
