CIL&SCCL are floorishing, Coal Industry is moving dynamically under the guidence of hon'ble coal minister @JoshiPralhad to export the coal from 2025. Coal minister is more powerful, coal Secretary is also powerful, but coal officers status is low compared to other CPSEs.

Instead of resolving the existing pay conflict, CIL management is trying to mislead the MoC by submitting the illustrations stating that the spirit of the DPE’s OM dated 24.11.2017 is maintained by comparing the pay of E3 Grade with A1 Grade. @JoshiPralhad

How far it is justifiable? In same Industry, lower cadre employees are getting higher pay and upper cadre employees are getting lower pay. Management is not even trying to do justice for executives even after somuch pursuation.@LabourMinistry @JoshiPralhad @DPE_GoI @CoalIndiaHQ

Yesterday ESE 2021 exam also got conducted but what about Railways Group-A vacancies? Railway vacancies were removed from ESE since last 2 yrs but neither IRMS came into existence separately nor recruited through ESE.
