"To be able to watch her do great things and to see your own kid is amazing" - @KJHasson
There have been SO many great athletes was @rockridgesports over the last 20 years but Katy Hasson's has a favorite and with VERY good reason!
It was a awesome to have @KJHasson in studio for the show today. She's retiring after 33 years including 19 at Rockridge. Katy is the best of the best!

Kids can’t go to school.
Believers can’t go to church.
Families can’t go to the grocery store.
Friends can’t go to a concert.
And now fans can’t go to a SUPER BOWL PARADE without the real fear of being a part of a mass shooting in America. WHAT ARE WE DOING?
‘Young men don’t just die like this!’ Sudden cardiac arrest is literally the #1 cause of death in HS athletes — and has been since way before the vaccine/pandemic. Stop repeating shit you read on Facebook from people who barely graduated high school.
There’s so much I could say in regards to concussions and the situation with Tua but this FB post I came across says it perfectly. Your child’s health is more valuable to me than another quarter, the next game, etc. I will always err on the side of caution.
Hey, everyone. It's been a minute since I have posted anything here. Have a bit of news that I would like to share.

So...ever hear the one about the cancer researcher who was diagnosed with cancer? Read on:
Strange to me the same folks that claim my body my choice on vaccines are the same ones to strip that right from women
This isn’t a political discussion it’s a human one
after wearing masks 8-10 hours a day five days a week for two years, i don’t really have the patience for people throwing a tantrum because they have to wear one for fifteen minutes
