Hi, My name is Hamza Chaouki. I am a Flutter, iOS, and Android Developer. I would love to combine my passion for learning and my software development skills...
Find Book is finally live on the App Store. 📚
Point your camera at any book cover. No barcode needed.
Find Book identifies it, fills in the details, recommends what to read next, keeps your shelf offline, and can quiz you on what you’ve read.
But the hardest part wasn’t the scanner.
It was building the AI economy behind it.
Subscriptions, daily/monthly allowances, credit packs, different AI model costs, purchase verification, and protection against reinstall/account abuse.
The rule became simple:
The server decides. The app only displays.
That work eventually became the foundation of my Mirai Monetization Package.
Available on iPhone, iPad & Mac.

What’s the first book you’d scan?

@mitansh_j07 Exactly! The goal was to make finding and saving books feel effortless, and the quizzes make the shelf a bit more useful than just a list. Appreciate it!
Working on Fluen v2.3 right now, and I'm really happy with how it's turning out.
The 3D cup now holds your whole day. Every log pours a small cup into the big one. Pass your daily goal and the water spills over the rim: a burst first, then a steady trickle down the glass. Tilt your phone and the liquid moves inside, but it never pours out.
How it came together:
• Gemini 3.8 Flash designed the first version of the liquid, and the result was not bad
• I prompted by feeling with GPT-6.1 to describe the motion I had in my head
• Claude Opus 5.5 executed it: the overflow, the pour, the liquid that stays in the glass
This time it shipped exactly like I imagined it.
A small confession: v2.2 is still waiting in App Review. If it isn't approved tonight, I'll cancel it and submit v2.3 directly.

Communication matters just as much as fixing the bug.
Recently, Gemini stopped working correctly on some devices in Fluen. The fix is already included in Fluen 2.2, but the update is still waiting for Apple's review.
Since users are still on the current version, I used push notifications to explain what happened, apologize for the issue, and let them know a fix is on the way.
I think that's much better than staying silent and leaving users wondering whether something is wrong with their device or the app.
As developers, we can sometimes fix an issue quickly, but we can't control how long App Store review takes.
So for now, the best thing I can do is keep Fluen users informed and be transparent with them.
Hopefully they'll understand and give us a little patience while Fluen 2.2 makes its way through review.
Building an app isn't only about shipping features. It's also about how you communicate when things don't go perfectly.

@JamesNMK Great point, and I've already covered that. Fluen now has an in-app Announcements page, so anyone who has notifications turned off can still check what's going on. Thanks for flagging it
@yadavpiyush005 Thanks! Review delays are frustrating on both stores, and the worst part is that users can't see any of it. From their side, the app is just broken and nobody's saying anything. A short heads-up goes a long way. Hope your update made it through quickly
You might be wondering: "Why not just push the fix instantly with CodePush?"
For a native Swift app like Fluen, that isn't really an option. Even where over-the-air updates are possible, shipping code changes that skip App Review is risky. Apple's guidelines restrict apps from downloading code that changes how they work, and that can get an update rejected or an app removed from the Store.
I'd rather wait a few more days for review than put Fluen, and the people who rely on it, at risk.

Fluen AI: Bladder Health Diary
What's New in Version 2.0
Flo, your AI health companion, gets its biggest upgrade yet. Ask by voice, attach a photo for Flo to look at, and switch on web search when you want an answer backed by current sources. Flo now remembers what matters across conversations, and you choose which AI model answers.
• Smart Reminders that fit your actual day. Fluen reads your own logs to work out when a nudge will help, whether that is a drink during the hours you never remember to, a visit before your usual time, or an evening cutoff if your nights are broken. Choose Apple Intelligence on your device or Gemini in the cloud, set your waking hours, and pick which reminders you want.
• Show your doctor exactly what is going on. The new Doctor screen keeps your healthcare providers in one place and generates a full clinical report as a PDF, with history so you can compare visits.
• Track the whole family. Create a profile for each person, switch between them in a tap, and keep everyone's records separate.
• Log without opening the app. New widgets plus Siri, Shortcuts, Control Center and the Action Button all log a visit in one tap.
• See the bigger picture with a new Yearly range in Analytics, alongside Weekly and Monthly.
• Fluen now speaks ten languages, with complete Arabic support laid out right to left.
• Fluen Pro joins Fluen Plus with more of everything, and your credit balance is now visible wherever you buy or spend it.
• Your history syncs reliably across iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac and Apple Vision Pro.
• Browsing is smoother throughout: the Track timeline loads older entries as you scroll, and the Dashboard shows more of your recent activity with a See All shortcut.
• Fixed a problem that could split one person's history across two profiles and hide most of it.
• Fixed entries logged on Apple Watch never reaching your other devices, yesterday's data disappearing at midnight, and several crashes on launch and in Profile.
