just crossed €1k gross revenue on Stripe

5 months of building. 575 users, 34 paying (so a 6% conversion which is... not great). MRR at €300

the moment things shifted was when I killed the free plan and added a hard paywall. before that, almost zero conversions

but I'm still not sure it's the right call long-term. give a bit for free? nothing until they pay? freemium with limits?

curious how others approached this :)
