Somehow my seats that I selected (reflected in the ticket) doesn't actually exist. And so Indigo decided to give me random seats, that too for elderly passengers, no help from customer care as well.

Within 5 minutes they resolved the issue by talking to the restaurant only, @zomato @zomatocare didn't even care to contact the customer.

@MyntraSupport Utterly disappointed! Ordered shoes, got wrong size. Replacement was initiated but it's been 10 days without any update. Customer service pledged resolution by 11th , yet silence persists. Unacceptable! Am I really an Elite member? Order ID: #126662772302204871001
