Terrible experience with @Flipkart.2 items missing. Took 2 hours to reach support, then another 2 hours for a refund on 1 item. After multiple discussions, they agreed to refund the 2nd only as a gift card.
I don’t want a gift card. What kind of service this is ?

@flipkartsupport If you do not intend to resolve this issue, please convey that clearly and directly instead of repeatedly sending the same response. This is the kind of service I am receiving, and I expect a proper resolution rather than another generic reply.

First mail on = 14/11/2021
Second Mail on = 19/11/2021.
But till now i haven't received any solution for that.
The delivery boy charged extra money by giving me foolish reason about the phone.
