@JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber 6-10 August/2026 wifi didn't work, got resolution that didn't last for 5 days. Since, yesterday wifi is down, no resolution still.
I'm shifting to @airtelindia @Airtelxstream4 . Thankyou Team Jio for this motivating me to do this.

@jio_fiber is the worst wifi you can ever have. Do not buy this fiber, they are absolutely shitty in their customer service, I have been without wifi for 3 days, their engineer doesn't pick, their customer service executive put me on hold for 10 minutes and hang up.

@jio_fiber , the wifi is down since yesterday. It was notified that it'll be fixed yesterday at 6:38pm, it wasn't and I have been waiting sine morning today for a fix, but your engineers neither come nor pick the call.
It's been more than 30 hrs. PLEASE HELP!
