To clear things up: Carter Hart is a rapist. Plain and simple.

He may not have been convicted, but we know better.

I made a post yesterday trying to highlight that regardless of whether Carter Hart was convicted of rape, he was an objectively horrible person. His supporters point to the trial results as their only defence, so I was illustrating that by using the results of the NHL’s harsh punishment we could at least dismiss the “he did nothing wrong” argument. I was not trying to “soften” him up, but instead get his supporters to concede that simple fact. I overestimated the intelligence of his fans.

Due to some poor choice of words, the message was not received as intended. Specifically by the rape-apologist scum out there.

I have removed the post, and apologize for anyone who was hurt by my unclear message.
