@RepTomEmmer @GaryGensler Cutting off regular people from yield bearing crypto opportunities seems to me to be a bank-saving move as people have been moving their money from ultra-low yield bank accounts into higher yield crypto accounts. This is simply an attempt to save institutional banks.
