Called again this week to escalate but being told that no escalation now as they are clearing backlogs 🤦🏻‍♀️

Escalated via phone before and received standard reply email asking me to wait patiently 😭🤦🏻‍♀️ nightmare

@milanrj @ukvcas Same here! Submitted my application on 8th Apr and documents via IDV app on 22 Aug but still heard nothing 😭
