@currys@CurrysServices I have my parcel shipped via @DPDgroup_news in a day, however @DPDgroup_news is not delivering it from past 3 days, everyday the driver comes somewhere close to my house and they will not ring the bell... Is there anyway that @currys can push this?

I have asked @DPDgroup_news customer service to share my number to the delivery guy even that didn't happen.. now the delivery can happen only after 2nd Jan .. which means @DPDgroup_news is taking more than a week to deliver a package..@currys prbly something you have to evaluate
@budgetaircouk (2/2) I got an email saying my flight schedule has been changed which may not work for me. And the email has the only option to "I agree for this change" without any other option which is insane..
