@UberIN_Support That’s more of an article on how you penalise the driver. So you get money from driver who runs your business and you also get money from consumers who pay. It’s an inspirational business model in itself. with your base stakeholders, this in itself is a revenue generating model!

@Uber_India@Uber_Support I booked a cab, since the waiting time was too long and in addition I received a call from driver to refuel and arrive I canceled the ride. Why have I been charged a penalty??
@ZeptoNow late night ordered essential items like Water. It has been almost an hour now. When connect to chat, you get out to check the status of order you’ll have a different person assigned to tell the entire story again. Thankful to @letsblinkit I’ve never had this problem.

@IRCTCofficial heard of this train called Vande Bharat ….been travelling frequently from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar over weekend lately…it has never been on time…!! Travelling @ 25kmph since last 45 mins!! A local bus from Rajkot reached Jamnagar before this train!
