@SwiggyCares @swiggy_in I havent consumed the coffee. Just a waste of money. I ordered it at 10:40 AM apporx and get it after an hour. Although the restaurant location is not far from my office. @swiggy_in come and taste the coffee yourself if u want! Take things seriously.

@SwiggyCares @swiggy_in here again you guys rock! order #45119953560. Ordered a Cappuccino from Barista. But this time what I got is a cup of coffee from a roadside stall. No froth no aroma of a good coffee taste bad! see the pic. I doubt some foulplay from delivery guys.

A few days back also @swiggy_in @SwiggyCares messedup one of my order from same outlet of Barista! Later on upon complaining the customer care guy refunded me 100 via a coupon. But is this what we look for as an experience?? Pathetic service.

@SwiggyCares @swiggy_in Order#44614877856 was never delivered to the mentioned address, as the delivery boy was not willing to come to the exact address given in order. Citing parking problem. He wanted me to come down to pick the order. Later, the order was cancelled by Swiggy.

@makemytrip used 4th level escalation for a complaint Ref:180104-043285 its been 4 days and I am yet to hear from you guys. A delay more than 5 hrs in my flight but still @makemytrip is charging for the cancellation fees!! ridiculous.
