@Garmin I have some concerns... I’m training for a half-marathon, and initial lactate threshold estimate was 65 bpm. After weeks of training these are my heart rate zones. I think this might be detrimental to my health. Is there someone I can discuss my data with?

@kyleshevlin I don’t know if it was ever a hyper fixation of mine, but it depends on the exercise. Running? As long as I ran either faster or farther each time, achieving mini goals was the game I played.
