@AmericanAir so we landed at CLT an hour ago and are still waiting for a gate. Captain makes announcement over the PA and no one can hear him. Cabin crew does nothing. More disappointment with AA.

@AmericanAir should have departed AA981 20 minutes ago from PBI to CLT but haven't boarded. No updates from gate crew whatsoever. Weather may be bad in CLT but that's not an excuse for not keeping passengers updated. What a disappointment.
