Today’s order is no setback for ED or any relief for Gandhis- there is no comment on merits of the case

Here are the facts:

1) firstly - Judge Gogne set aside the Magistrate order which had directed the Delhi Police to supply the FIR copy to Gandhis and others named as accused.

2) secondly - NH CASE WAS ORIGINALY BASED ON A PRIVATE COMPLAINT

On 3rd Oct 2025 DELHI POLICE EOW HAS ALREADY FILED A FIR AGAINST GANDHIS- THIS WAS THE REQUIREMENT OF THE LAW AND ED PURSUED THAT

Complaint was filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) under Section 66(2) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), which allows the ED to share evidence for registering a "predicate offence" (underlying crime) to support its money laundering probe.
