The delivery boy came with an excuse that he broke a bottle and will issue a refund for that he would require the code. Now the customer executive saying this cant be happen.

@SwiggyCares He even said that we will recieve the refund from swiggy and rushed away after taking the code. After that even his phone is switched off.
Please look into this. Why should I lose my hard earned money for his callousness?
@SwiggyCares The delivery partner is clearly lying now. He apologized earlier as he had mishandled his bag and thenforced us for the code. We were not giving the code before hand.

The customer care agent provide me with 600rs. I am not satisfied with the customercare service as the quality of the food is poor as provided photo and my main concern was the distinguish of my food items.
