The flight also took off well before its scheduled departure time, raising serious concerns about the accuracy of the airline’s records and the handling of the boarding process. I repeatedly requested assistance but received no meaningful support.

I was at the boarding gate at— 25 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Still my boarding was denied. For fact, there were no notifications or announcements informing when boarding started or when it was closed. Despite this lack of communication, I was denied boarding.
