@HPIndia Request you to please replace the laptop as it is nearly been a year that your team has been unable to resolve the issue being faced despite our constant follow ups and complaints.
@HPIndia This kind of disregard of the Complaint of the consumer is totally unacceptable from a brand of your repute. I am totally disappointed and disillusioned by the after sale service and the quality of your Product.
@HPIndia 6.29th June 2021: Engineer visit who looks at files and updates drivers. Assured issue will not re-occur.
7.6th July 2021: Call to confirm if issue resolution. Asked that case be put on observation as the issue may occur in a few days.

@HPIndia 5.24th June 2021: Issue occurs again. Create a dump. Speak to analyst over WhatsApp who says case is closed as it was confirmed issue is not occurring. Explained how it was assured the case would remain open till resolution. Problem explained again. New case created.
