My S23 Ultra (bought Mar 2023) has a vertical green line. @SamsungMobile refused free screen replacement over a tiny dent, pathetic excuse. What’s worse? They’re already aware of widespread green line issues across their displays.
@samsung_HQ I've already tweeted earlier and received the same reply. At that time I shared my contact details as requested, got a call from Samsung, and visited the service centre as advised. The rest is detailed in the thread. There's no option to message you contact details.
All tech reviewers should raise this issue and make @SamsungMobile realise their mistakes. It’s high time influencers stop sugarcoating and start holding brands accountable, especially when thousands of users are affected. @tarunvats33@UniverseIce@unboxmatrix
