Hey @Qantas there should be a way to book a seat for an infant on your website. There isn't, and you advise customers to call to book in this case, and the wait time to speak to someone to book (and pay extra for it too) is 2.5 hours. Not cool.

@Telstra I now have no connection at all. Just spent an hour with tech support (for the 4th time) who said there might be an upgrade in my area for 2 weeks, then they hung up on me with no solution. Worst customer experience ever.
@Telstra They told me I needed to cancel my order and place again, as that's the only way to get my order active as it was in limbo w no way to action it anymore. Which I did. Then got sent an invoice for $329 cancellation fee. The @NBN_Australi's now active but cutting out all the time.
