If you don’t have gaming or adtech experience, I think should have a rethink before applying. As you can see most positions are senior and that is because the company is in a very unique position in the industry and we need to be the best. We need people who are already one step into the door.

The guys who interview are all cracked. To paint the picture for you:

When I interviewed, as a senior data analyst, the first call with Talent Acquisition was technical. And this is not something you see anywhere. Talent Acquisition was asking me deep SQL questions and she knew the answers.

Then Hiring manager, then take home task that I needed SQL+python+duckDB and domain knowledge to answer then product lead+hiring manager interview then cofounder interview then offer interview.

This was my pathway, data science and ML pathways would be more technical so have an idea
