10 years ago, O2 Arena looked like a dream for African artistes, then in 2018 Wizkid decided to make that dream a reality and since then we’ve had Wizkid do 3 peat, Davido, Burna Boy and Asake sell out the O2 Arena with Rema’s show also coming up. There are many UK artistes that can’t even fill up the O2 Arena, seeing Nigerian artistes do it easily is magical.
This might seem like a norm now but it’s years of hard work that brought us this far.

This woman ordered a tanker of water and when the man arrived, he charged her 13K.

She started shouting, “how can you call it 13K? You dey build mansion for heaven? Na poverty go kee you and your generations to come for this kind of extortion.”💔

The tanker man didn’t say a word, he entered his truck and drove off.

I’m not the one being insulted but hearing her voice saying those words shattered my heart. Why do people belittle those hustling for their daily meals? What happens to negotiating a cheaper rate? Did she think cursing him would make him gift her the water for free? Omo! This doesn’t make sense! 💔💔💔💔
