We have found that being in the office together really matters but that what you wear really doesn't. Dress in whatever way is most comfortable to you.

But you also should never have what you wear get in the way of success in business. It is too hard to let something like what you wear hurt you.

When I go to a management meeting I would love to wear shorts in the summer. But I wear slacks, a button down and a sport coat. If the management team is in jeans I can just take off the sport coat and roll up my sleaves. If they are in suit and tie I just keep my sport coat on. The thing I don't do is have my attire hurt my ability to win the deal.

Was at a management meeting the other day where one of the management team wore shorts. I don't really care what he wears. But it clearly showed me a lack of basic business judgement.

Ok, I’ve watched 40 Charlie Kirk videos at this point… none of them were outrageous.
