There will be books written about this era of cannabis. Like any industry, it had good actors and bad ones.

I never saw it as a "loophole." It was entrepreneurs who spotted the opportunity of a lifetime and went for it.

Tennessee wrote laws that protected consumers and set clear guidelines. Enforcement never caught up, and the bad actors filled the gap.

Sad to see them taking the shine at the end.
