🚨 Mumbai → Delhi | SpiceJet SG476 | 7 June
Scheduled departure: 4:30 PM.
After multiple delays, passengers were boarded and are now stuck inside the aircraft/on the runway for over 2 hours.
Still no clear answer on what's actually happening.

@flyspicejet More than 2 hours after boarding:
❌ No clear departure time ❌ No consistent communication ❌ No accountability ❌ No ownership of the situation
Passengers continue waiting while explanations keep changing.
@flyspicejet Several passengers asked whether they could get off the aircraft.
The response communicated was essentially:
"If you get off, you cannot leave the airport and may not be able to reboard."
People felt trapped instead of informed.
@DGCAIndia
@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI The surprising part?
The passengers have been extremely understanding.
Families, senior citizens, children, and working professionals have remained calm despite hours of waiting.
The crowd has shown more patience than the airline has shown communication.
#PassengerRights
The explanation keeps changing.
At different times, passengers have been told:
• AC is not working due to technical issues • ATC is not allowing departure • Bad weather is preventing takeoff
Three different reasons.
Which one is the truth?
@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI
@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI Passengers are not angry because of a delay.
Passengers are frustrated because of the lack of transparency.
If it's weather, say weather. If it's technical, say technical. If it's ATC, say ATC.
Changing explanations only destroys trust.
