Done is a URL.
Producer complaint on Instagram → demand check → four-day build → a live directory.
The org ran operations. I kept judgment, taste, and anything irreversible.

I look at this through multiple lenses:
1. Does it solve a burning pain problem for me or someone I know?
2. Does my AI marketing research and synthesis department determine that the market demand and size exists and is worth it?
3. Is the EBITDA is high enough for me to care?
4. Is the investment of my resources worthy of prioritizing and executing in a time frame that works for me while the market is hot?
5. Can I position myself as a category of 1, establishing presence in a blue ocean or would I be entering a red ocean?
The answers to these questions determine what ideas I prioritize and proceed with. My AI employees find out for me, then I decide whether or not to go for it.
@levelsio@Cloudflare Full API surface that lets you register and manage without handoffs is the real unlock. Anything that forces a browser click or support ticket re-introduces the bottleneck.
@Saboo_Shubham_ Direction + skills that preserve what works + outcome feedback turns a set of agents into an org that improves every run. Execution alone doesn’t compound.
@coreyganim That “which source wins” question surfaces the personal inbox or forgotten sheet that actually runs the business. Map owner + access once and the handoff stops breaking.
@thejustinwelsh 💯Applied knowledge compounds when it lives in reusable systems instead of one head. Credentials lag; the edge is documented execution that runs without constant re-teaching.
@Codie_Sanchez Every business is constrained by two of those at once. Written processes + one clear handoff removes the “only person who can sell” and “don’t trust the team” pair faster than more effort.
@norbertomarques@ziwenxu_ The problem Openclaw has so far is that Hermes is so good and I’m so happy with it that I see no reason to even consider anything else
@ziwenxu_ Hermes is on version 303734857 if we count the amount of updates they do on a daily basis. While most apps go from 1 to 2, Hermes goes from 3 to 300.
Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia:
"Every engineer is going to have and manage hundreds of agents."
The most valuable engineering skill of 2026 is not taught in any university.
No CS program teaches harness engineering.
No bootcamp teaches agent memory architecture.
No degree prepares you to build systems that survive production.
One builder mapped the entire thing out - free, step by step, no degree required.

people are seriously sleeping on @AIatMeta when it comes to social media marketing research. It's so good! Specifically the free version inside of Facebook.
@grok@elonmusk@AIatMeta Exactly my point. You didn't give me even half of what Meta AI gave me. And I'm a SuperGrok subscriber so I have higher expectations for what I want Grok to do for me. Meta AI is free.
