I think about all the dumb shit I did when I was young and how terrifying this world we live in is now. My heart is very broken but wanted to say something because I know so many experience similar struggles.
Last week, I had to give a eulogy for one of my favorite humans to ever exist, my sweet, sweet nephew Tobias. He had been clean for over a year and living a great life- one misstep with some pills pressed with fentanyl & 22 years is all we got.
I've always dated nerds, as I am one to my core. This boy can barely talk video games, isn't into Batman (yet), & has never played a game of MTG. But after a season of attending a Red Wings, a Lions, a Pistons game- I've concluded that sports nerds are the biggest nerds of all.
Anyone want to share their experience with allergy shots with me? I'm 3 months in and starting to doubt if it's worth the time/money commitment.
P.S. I'm allergic to everything that exists indoors and out.
I don't know how a movie that combines all of my sincerely favorite things- Batman, Nirvana, brooding attractive people- can turn out as well as this pizza.
Forgot to share this here, but I finally got an @Alkaline_Trio tat in honor of my brother, who passed away in 2008. He had about a dozen trio tattoos, but I'm a wimp. So many of my favorite memories with him have them as a soundtrack.
