@Delta failed to get me home from Philadelphia to Atlanta at the end of June. Then they denied it was their responsibility. Even though they canceled the flight. They offered no assistance and I had to fight for a refund. Light ‘em up.
Warning to anyone planning to fly on American Airlines. If things go wrong, don’t expect any help from the airline to fix it. They screwed up my wife’s flight and their stonewalling on any kind of compensation.
@AmericanAir I understand that. However, it’s going to make it very difficult for us to choose American for any future flights. When we get stonewalled trying to get some resolution, it’s not very encouraging. And I’m obligated to let my friends know what to expect from you going forward.
@AmericanAir canceled my wife’s flight due to operational issues and is refusing any form of compensation. We need some customer service here. This is completely unacceptable and does not reflect well up upon your company.
@AmericanAir Well, that’s not exactly true. The flight was canceled due to operational issues. There was a flight crew, a pilot and a gate agent all available, and a plane that was fueled and ready to fly. So I don’t believe that weather was the cause.
@comcast we’ve had service issues for a week now, and two technicians have been out to see if they can fix the problem. So far no solution please send help.
@Codie_Sanchez Thank you! I already do some of these, but there’s more I could do. Also, reading your book made me realize that I’m probably not cut out for that kind of work. I might have to resign myself to being a drone.
