So I ordered food via @GrabMY. Waited an hr then received msg frm rider that restaurant had no water hence the delay! I tried to cancel but finding that option through the chatbot was like pulling teeth.
Brands need to stop thinking AI can provide good customer service.

Other card issues will batal your card and issue new one right away. Bigpay just copy pasta response and CLOSE TICKET.

@bigpaymeapp I have unauthorised transactions on my card. Tried to msg support, only getting copy paste msg asking me if its MY FAULT for entering it on merchant systems. But the transactions were for Chinese takeaway and phone topup in the UK!! How the heck can tht be on ME?
