@tiffzny Ah, got it. FWIW there are some flat ethernet cables that are pretty easy to run next to a wall or baseboard too. But I definitely understand not preferring that route. It is the most robust, though. WiFi, esp. the 2.4GHz channels are so crowded that you really need high signal

@tiffzny You could also get a very (very?) long ethernet cable! (100ft ones go for ~$30 I think) And you can plug in your computer to it or get a reasonably priced wireless access point to change your wifi life on the other side of the house
