Is this even an active policy decision or is Germany simply logistically incapable of supplying more arms?

It's so hard to look at things like this and reconcile an ideological rejection of violence with the desire to do more.

Am I disappointed we aren't supplying more weapons or happy that our response to the invasion isn't massive arming of a war zone?
