I also found myself an alternate direct flight, but @Delta chat agent couldnโt switch my flight. I was chat-transferred, which I now know is a thing, to ticketing support โฆ which Iโm sure youโve now correctly guessed is no one.
As I now sit on hold for 2+ hours, after sitting in the airport for 7+ hours before getting our flight cancelled โฆ with a 20 month old toddler โฆ I canโt help but think about how poorly today was managed by @Delta and @flySEA.
In case you missed it, we have a 20 month in tow. @Delta is about to gift us one of the worst experiences of our lives. Thank you for treating us SO well.
