Despite of having a valid visa issued with d cancelled passport & after showing my new issued passport @airindia airport counter refused to issue me a boarding pass on Flight AI-388 ...while the Immigration officials confirmed & were clear that in such scenario one can travel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's surprising to see that despite of 24-48 hrs of time I don't see any response. I have issues with the sim not showing network and a lot of call drop due to intermittent internet connection.
