So you’ve got a case of hyponatraemia that occurred at the same time as a pneumonia but you want to stop the PPI the patients been on for 5 years?

If you want to stop the PPI stop it, but it’s probably not causing the hyponatraemia. (incidence <1 in 10,000 as per SPC)
