@HiddenBushi That parry timing is fucking stupid, and this is coming from someone who has platinum in Sekiro.
It is cool, but I can see why the devs have said that the characters and story of SB was weak compared to Nikkers. Great gameplay tho
@StevePender@NibrocRock In a way, they are. Pre 2020, our store could handle all online orders with one gal (Love you Carol), afterwards, they need entire teams of people with those blue carts to fulfill online orders. Walmart would LOVE for that to be the new norm.
@NotSlimNotShady@NibrocRock Walmart is also hard sucking shit right now and is still being strangled by Amazon. They're in a lose-lose position. Frankly, they never recovered since Covid.
@Hypercubed2@BinaryBarkode@NibrocRock They track lost sales from one quarter to the next. It's very easy to see "wow, we sold this much in 2025 and this much less in 2026".
They can track their own inventory. They know when products aren't being sold. The staff working there know when people stop buying shit.
@rykard_11@NibrocRock You say that, but I distinctly remember my store doing a knee jerk "fuck it, lock up EVERYTHING in electronics" and it was a CF of epic magnitude trying to find locks and shit for $5 junk phone cases. It took about a month before management decided on a $20 min for locks.
@aggi_hs@Fubgun But, people don't engage with the builds and the game meaningfully. Eventually you figure out that most build guides are just dogshit, and besides that, everyone is just playing the same 2-3 meta skills anyway, and everyone gets burnt out after a week or two.
@aggi_hs@Fubgun To be fair, the game is incredibly complicated and every veteran will tell you that every league, they learn more about the game that they didn't know last time. So I get why noobs flock to guides that make it look so easy.
@Fubgun The PoE subreddit is a total joke. Every new thread asking for build help has the most dogshit build with totally random (useless) rares they found on the ground, and then they anomalously have a 20div item and a budget of 200 div. Totally not RMT guys.
@sertraqueen It's okay for shift up to make mistakes. They owned up to it and then they pulled the plug on it. That's basically saintly behavior in this industry
@sertraqueen There's no denying that the game play was ass. But that's why they seem to have completely scrapped it. And honestly it takes guts to put something out there, take the feedback and hear that it's crap, and then pull it down and do something else.
