It is shown as 'likely service call', but if you continue promotional calls then it may be marked as spam.

But that also seems not useful to the banks/SEBI. They always want customers to submit the documents.

A. The URL (especially tiny/shortened one), should not be provided in the SMS. We don't know if that's real.

B. The sender id is number not Registered Header. Also it's asking to contact individual's phone number than customer care number.
