USDC is coming to sui. why is it such a big deal?

sui DeFi's biggest bottleneck is bad onboarding. bridging USDC currently has the following problems:

1. doesn't work on mobile, since wormhole requires connecting both source and destination chain wallets
2. wait times of minutes to hours, due to security limits
3. slippage when bridging from solana, since wUSDC is ethereum-native and you must first swap to USDCe

native USDC fixes this.

USDC doesn't expand to new chains willy-nilly -- their expansion to sui is a vote of confidence. CEX support is sure to follow, which will make onboarding to sui as simple as withdrawing from coinbase or binance.

This goes beyond being merely a domain; it unleashes new potential in the creator-fan economy. Here’s why:

You guys know that @SuiNSdapp now supports @ domain right? this means that if you have .sui domain it automatically becomes @.

For example:

Fourpillars.sui is now @fourpillars

it is more straightforward.

With this new feature, we can create a subdomain by adding an account ID to the Sui Domain.For example, it would function like “steve@fourpillars,” where “Steve” is the subdomain.

with @SuiNSdapp, you can create countless(i guess?) subdomains.Under @fourpillars, I have created 13 subdomains so far.

Are you familiar with the object-centric model of @SuiNetwork? In @SuiNetwork, each object has its own unique address, allowing one object to own another.
