you must believe you are special and then go so hard, for so long, with such violent refusal to accept any other ending, that reality itself starts running out of ways to tell you no. you must wage a war daily against the ordinary outcome, until the belief you invented out of nothing in a room by yourself has been hammered into the world so many times that it stops being a claim and becomes reality.
A journal of my experiences with love, fear, doubt, despair and self-assurance. This has been over 2 years in the making and I can’t wait to share it with you all. This is just one half a whole.
POPSTAR - SIDE A⭐️. July 22nd.
A standard Rubik's Cube has 54 visible coloured stickers.
At first glance, it looks like a simple puzzle, but every face of the cube is made up of a 3 × 3 grid, giving 9 coloured stickers per face. Since a Rubik's Cube has six faces, that brings the total to 54 visible stickers.
Each face is assigned one of six colours: white, yellow, red, orange, blue, and green. At the centre of every face is a fixed sticker that determines that face's colour, while the surrounding pieces rotate around it as you try to restore the cube to its solved state.
Invented in 1974 by Hungarian architect and professor Ernő Rubik, the cube was originally created as a teaching tool to help students understand three-dimensional movement. It would later become the world's best-selling puzzle, with over 500 million cubes sold worldwide.
Although it has only 54 visible stickers, a standard 3×3 Rubik's Cube can be scrambled into more than 43 quintilliondifferent possible combinations, or 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 unique arrangements.
But why 54?
Because ladies and gentlemen...
It's been 54 days since Arsenal won the Premier League title.
