Any other PM would be focused on serious national security lapses in #PangongTso and Arunachal Pradesh.
But for the first time in 70 years, a Prime Minister is worried about security threat from his own party workers?
Teaching involves more than being physically in the classroom. It involves planning, collaborating with colleagues, marking work and much more. Quality teaching in front of kids can only happen if there is enough time for the other activities behind the scenes. #MoreThanThanks
Daily Mail: India's PM Narendra Modi gets TOO close for comfort as he gives Antonio Guterres a big hug at COP26. Guterres placed an arm on Modi to try and keep him at a safer distance but could do little to stop bear-hugger Modi https://t.co/VOPATZY5O9
"#PunjabDay" has become a calendarised event crowbarred into the #SikhGenocide1984 week. A definite distraction!
The process over 37 years has been designed by the state to protect the guilty, protect those who had power to orchestrate all facets of state machinery.

We must name what happened to Sikhs in November 1984 throughout India for what it was:
A state sponsored genocide.
The trauma of this genocide lives with us, along with the structures of violence that allowed it to happen. Let's continue to fight for justice. #NeverForget1984
Why are we being asked to forget 1984?
Are we lesser people that have NO right to remember the atrocities that have been committed on our community, or do we have no right to ask for justice?
We will REMEMBER, we will RESIST and we will FIGHT for justice.
1st November 1984 in our memory always. Sikhs everywhere today were seen just as Sikhs; every other identity just vanished. Eventually, our identity brought collective suffering, and we became Sikhs forever

Has the indian government successfully diverted attention from its deployment of BSF in huge areas of Panjab ? Many of media outlets/activists don’t seem to discussing this issue.
This day reminds us that 37 years have passed sikh community is yet to get justice for the horrors inflicted on Sikhs in November 1984
