@RadharamnDas 1. Any menu is fine. Ensure it's pure veg + no onion-garlic + boldly declare it's krishna prasadam. Servers should be shaven head ISKCON-ites. Optical display of Hindu Vaishnava culture is very important and helpful.

@RadharamnDas 7. If some people want non-vegetarian stuff in the fake garb of "high protein" concept - sidestep the trap. Just say that ISKCON is committed to sattvik pure veg. only and Govt. can take a call whether non-veg is to be served through any other agency or not.
