Rightly said but for that bankers need to concentrate on core business first & it should be imposed strictly,which they are deviating .The bankers are to ensure that their primary responsibility is to serve customers’ financial needs ,not the targets.

The work load in bank has gone up many folds than in the past decade but staff strength has fallen leading to heavy pressure. Sky High expectations of bosses made them to suffer from various diseases,suicides & quiting job. This Prime issue needs to be addressed.
